Slow/Base Miles on Sat. 7/17/10

Okay, so I'm wickedly out-of-shape, haven't really ridden since the Almanzo. Anyone down for a base mileage ride on Saturday morning? Slow, easy pace, about 2.5-3 hours? Let me know.
